Pricing

What projects cost, before you ask.

Public budgets get set months ahead, so here are the ranges our projects usually fall in. Send a short note and we’ll reply personally with a quote: a fixed price for each phase, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Budget
Typical ranges

Six kinds of work.

Most organizations need two or three of these. Where a project lands in its range depends on how much content, how many integrations and how many people need to approve it.

Accessibility audit
Placeholder

$8,000–$20,000

per audit, by site size

Your site, key documents and the tools on it tested against WCAG 2.1 AA, by hand and with automated checks, with a ranked fix list and a plain-language report for leadership.

Typical timeline: 3 to 6 weeks

Website
Placeholder

$25,000–$75,000

per project

Discovery, content, design, build and launch of an accessible site your staff can update, with training and redirects from the old one.

Typical timeline: 3 to 6 months

Web application
Placeholder

From $50,000

per project, by scope

Portals, dashboards, forms and workflows: permits, grants, intake and public reporting, built around how your staff work.

Typical timeline: 4 to 9 months

Mobile or desktop app
Placeholder

From $60,000

per project, by scope

iOS, Android, Mac and Windows apps for residents, members and field staff, from one codebase, shipped to every app store.

Typical timeline: 4 to 9 months

AI rollout
Placeholder

$15,000–$50,000

per pilot

An assistant, records search or document automation on your own content, inside your guardrails, with a person in the loop and a clear measure of whether it helped.

Typical timeline: 6 to 12 weeks

Support plan
Placeholder

$1,500–$6,000

a month

Updates, monitoring, backups, accessibility checks before each release, and help when you need it, sized for a public budget.

Typical timeline: Month to month

How pricing works
  • A fixed price for each phase, so the number you take to council or your board is the number you pay
  • Discovery is its own small phase, and its findings are yours to keep even if you stop there
  • Senior hands on every project, start to finish; no junior handoff after the sale
  • You own the code, the content and the accounts; no lock-in
  • WCAG 2.2 AA is included in every price, not sold as an add-on

Working with a public budget?

We can phase a project across fiscal years, split it to fit a grant, or start with an audit that tells you what the rest will cost. We work with purchase orders and plan around your procurement rules and approval chain.

Facing the ADA Title II deadline? Start with the free readiness checklist, then an audit.

Questions

What people ask about cost

Why ranges and not a price list?

Two websites can differ by ten times in content and approvals. The ranges tell you whether we fit your budget; a conversation about your project turns them into a real number.

Does it cost anything to ask?

No. Send a short note about what needs to change. We’ll reply personally with a straight read on scope and budget, and arrange a time to talk if it would help.

Can you work within a grant?

Yes. Tell us the amount, the deadline and what the funder needs to see, and we scope to it, including the reporting.

What does it cost after launch?

Hosting and a support plan, priced monthly and sized to what you need. You can change or cancel the plan; the site stays yours.
