Privacy notice

Awesome Cause LLC (“Awesome Cause,” “we”) runs awesomecause.com. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to reply, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• What you put in the contact form: your name, work email, organization, organization type, the services you check, your message, and whether you’d like our capabilities statement.
• What you send when you email us.
• Technical details every website receives, such as your IP address, browser, the pages you request and an approximate location. Our host, Cloudflare, uses them to deliver the site, keep it secure and filter spam. We use the approximate location only to show your state in one example on the home page.

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own, and the site serves its own fonts and images.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare explains what Turnstile collects in its Turnstile privacy addendum.

How we use it

To reply to you, to scope and propose the work you ask about, and to keep a record of our conversation. We don’t add you to mailing lists, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers form messages to our inbox. Google Workspace hosts our email. Both process information on our behalf.

How long we keep it

The site doesn’t store form submissions; they arrive as email. We keep correspondence as long as we need it to work with you and for our business records, then delete it. Cloudflare keeps short-lived technical logs for a few days.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@awesomecause.com. We reply within one business day.

Children

This site is for organizations, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
